Can’t find any new plastic pallets in the size or spec that meets your needs?? No problem, we can supply them. Custom new plastic pallets are the latest type of pallet recently added to the full line of pallets offered at Alliance Forest Products. Until recently the availability of new plastic pallets built to spec were almost non-existent; unless a customer committed to purchasing a high volume of semi load quantities over a lengthy period of time, primarily to cover the excessive cost to design and manufacture a special custom mold.

But now a new technology has evolved enabling the construction of new plastic pallets built to virtually any size or spec; without the high cost for a manufacturing mold. Custom new plastic pallets can be built to your spec or can be designed to meet all of your shipping requirements to assure your cargo arrives fully intact. These pallets are made from 100% recycled, rigid PVC plastic and are 100% recyclable / reusable. The deck boards are individually fastened to the stringers using self-tapping steel screws, or if needed, stainless steel self-tapping screws.

These pallets can be delivered fully assembled (or as a “knock down” in sections to be assembled at your facility) and can also be bulk packed to lower freight costs. Custom new plastic pallets are ideal for export shipments. Designed and built to your specifications, they meet all government requirements for international shipping.

There is no minimum order quantity. So, our minimum order quantity is one pallet and we will quote and ship any quantity. In fact, we will design and ship a new plastic pallet for you to test at no charge. Then you decide! If the pallet does not work for you, it can be re-engineered until it meets your requirements.

Standard lead time for shipment is 1 to 3 weeks for custom new plastic pallets and 48 hours for pallets currently in stock. Sizes in stock are shown to the bottom.
