New Wood Pallets and Skids

Alliance Forest Products offers a wide range of new wood pallets and skids that can be custom designed to meet any specific shipping requirement or built to your specifications. We use PDS (Pallet Design System©) software licensed through the National Wood Pallet and Container Association. This software provides a detailed analysis including the maximum safe load capacity (including racking or stacking), the pallet weight and even a rating to avoid lateral collapse. Custom pallets can be built in a stringer or block type, with 2-way or 4-way entry and decking that can be flush, wing, inset, or with a plywood or OSB full deck. Other capabilities include chamfering, notching, banding, stenciling and materials for shock absorption.

We can supply new pallets in virtually any shape, size or quantity including GMA spec pallets, in a wide variety of lumber species. All new pallets can be Heat Treated for export shipment. This will ensure that your cargo meets all government ISPM-15 compliance for overseas shipments including the IPPC stamp requirement.
