Many customers are using the right packaging product’s for their shipping needs. But believe it or not, many companies are also using a pallet or crate that is overkill for their application, or they’re using a pallet or crate that is too weak and keeps breaking. It’s our job at Alliance to immediately bring these issues to our customer’s attention because both situations are not cost efficient. Once we establish what your exact application is, we can then provide our pallet management knowledge & expertise to your program by offering any alternatives that would meet your requirements in a more cost-efficient way. We work with you throughout this entire initial process until the perfect product is figured out. We then provide samples for you to test on your assembly lines to ensure our product meets all of your requirements & expectations. If it doesn’t, then we begin the pallet management process again until it works. From then on, we take over providing you additional resources to help your manufacturing & packaging run like clockwork!

Managed Inventory Programs are an efficient way to monitor your pallet and crating inventory. The pallet management program is run by your Alliance Sales contact, who performs on-site inventory counts. They can then track your usage trends and calculate the quantity of pallets or crates you should always have in inventory. It’s a ‘help us help you’ program, and it’s free of charge! These programs are also known as Kanban. This system allows both Alliance & our customers to know what the absolute minimum stock quantities are needed on hand at any given time. We offer several Managed Inventory Program options and would be glad to work with you to design, implement and maintain the program to best fit your operation. Additional pallet management program benefits are outlined below.
