CUSTOM WOOD BOXES AND CRATES
Alliance Forest Products offers complete design and manufacture of custom wood packaging and crating for virtually any size cargo shipped domestic or export. Whether you’re shipping your product around the block or around the world, we can accommodate you with expert packaging design and construction. This would include cargo that is overweight, oversized or difficult to maneuver. Custom designed boxes and crates can be built using virtually any lumber material(s). They can be heat treated for export shipment to assure that your cargo is government ISPM-15 compliant for overseas shipment and contains the IPPC stamp as required. Custom wood packaging options also include the following unique, specialty designs in order to resolve specific shipping concerns or requirements:
SHOCK-ABSORBING BASES AND CRATES
We offer a variety of design solutions if you’re shipping cargo that’s fragile. Manufacturing options are available that can reduce or eliminate transit vibrations. Interiors can be lined or padded to assure your products arrive at their final destination safely and undamaged.
COLLAPSIBLE AND RETURNABLE BOXES
Another cost saving alternative for your company’s packaging and crating requirements is using collapsible and returnable boxes. They can be custom designed with removals sides, ends and tops so they can be disassembled and returned to you for reuse.
CUSTOM DESIGNED CRATING KITS
If your company does any in-house crating, we have a very cost-saving and efficient solution. Custom crating kits can be designed and packaged so they can be assembled at your facility. This space-saving option enables you to remove each precut crating section for assembly. Kit sections are usually stacked and packaged in reverse order so the crate can be assembled from the bottom up as shown below:
